Former British Deputy Prime Minister, The Rt. Hon. John Prescott is currently the Leader of the British Delegation to the Council of Europe. As the Official Rapporteur for the Kyoto Protocol and COP-15 discussions, Mr. Prescott is aleading authority on climate change and plays a foremost role at global debates and discussions. Mr. Prescott will share his unique insight and knowledge during this luncheon.
