Henry Bell

Henry Bell

Henry Bell is a senior policy advisor at HM Treasury, working in the Financial Services Strategy team. Henry is responsible for advising the Economic Secretary and the Chancellor on HM Treasury's overall approach towards Islamic finance. In previous roles, Henry was HM Treasury's Middle East desk officer and led work on an HM Government report on the economy of the Occupied Palestinian territories, entitled 'Economic Aspects of Peace in the Middle East'. Prior to joining HM Treasury, Henry spent a year teaching English in Hangzhou, China.
